About the Course

Specific exercises performed to strengthen the muscles of the middle zone of the body, especially the deep postural and stabilizing muscles, are optimized at the highest level with the T-BOW®, thanks to its anatomical curvature, its great stability and its high reactivity providing adjustments very fine posture. The repertoire of Pilates exercises is extraordinarily enriched and expanded with the T-BOW®.


Objective and applicability:

Know and experience the qualitative improvements that the T-BOW® allows in performing specific exercises to strengthen the muscles of the middle zone of the body, especially the deep postural and stabilizing muscles, as well as their optimization at the highest level thanks to its curvature anatomical shape of the T-BOW®, its great stability and its high reactivity providing very fine posture adjustments. The repertoire of Pilates and postural correction exercises are extraordinarily enriched and expanded through the use of the T-BOW®, allowing for the design of very qualitative sessions that are adaptable to all levels.
